We thank you for your interest in programming at Wisdom House. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, resulting in schedule changes. In case you need to cancel your registration, we respectfully request 8 or more days notice prior to the program to be refunded in full, less the program processing fee of $15 for a day program or $50 for an overnight program.
Please understand that we have costs already incurred when preparing for our programs. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur 7 days or less prior to the program.
Should Wisdom House cancel a program due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
The health and safety of our guests and staff are of paramount importance to us. We follow the COVID-19 guidelines provided by the State of Connecticut and the CDC. If Wisdom House is forced to close to comply with the guidelines issued by the State of Connecticut or the CDC, we will return all funds received to date.
