Plain Talk & Forgiveness

An important spiritual practice...

Rev. Eileen Epperson

Forgiving ourselves and others is an ongoing spiritual practice. What if we can also learn how to speak with grace, respect and results in challenging conversations? We would have less to forgive because we would not store and rehearse grievances. This weekend we will practice the skills of plain talk and forgiveness, so that we may live authentically with increasing self-respect and greater freedom every day.
