Inspirations for the Creative Spirit
Leslie Johnson and Thomasina Levy
Explore the myriad ways that music, poetry, and visual art can spark the imagination and inspire the creative process. In this playful and participation-based workshop, we will view works of art in the Marie Louise Trichet Gallery at Wisdom House, responding to them by creating our own music, poetry, and prose. The program will be led by Thomasina Levy and Leslie Johnson, award-winning artists and highly experienced Teaching Artists. No prior experience is necessary to join in this journey of discovery to welcome the artist within. Includes lunch.
