When we started thinking about Summer, one word kept coming to mind: Shine. Sunshine, shining smiles and the feeling of our inner light shining out for the world to witness. Join Grace Magnusson and Kristen Famiglietti for a Summer weekend retreat to connect back with your shine and what lights you up!
Together we will practice yoga, meditate and enjoy sound healing sessions, which are group relaxations paired with the gong and singing bowls.
Explore Topsmead State Forest, swim in the inground Wisdom House pool and spend peaceful moments outside by the Labyrinth.
Light illuminates. What do you hope to notice this Summer?
