Ann’s intention is to bring participants down the path of self-love, healing, and compassion toward themselves and others. With Yoga and health education, the possibilities of living a happy and healthy life are endless. This class is a celebration of the spirit through the power of movement, breathing, nourishment and healing. Participants will gather in connecting with their spirit and each other to promote better health and wellness. Participants will learn movement for joint health, gratitude for emotional well-being and balancing your body, mind and spirit.

The health and safety of our guests and staff are of paramount importance to us. We follow the COVID-19 guidelines provided by the State of Connecticut and the CDC. If Wisdom House is forced to close to comply with the guidelines issued by the State of Connecticut or the CDC, we will return all funds received to date.

Ann DiLorenzo holds an MS in Health Education and has E-YRT Yoga and Pranayama Certifications. She has taught a wide range of populations, from colleagues at a Fortune 250 company to participants at community centers, adult education programs, gyms, libraries, and people with special needs. For the last 28 years, Ann has been introducing yoga to students of all ages as a Health Educator centering around drug prevention, stress reduction, and anxiety control.

Sondra Martinez  is a nutritionist, a long time Ayerveda Practitioner, and 500 certified yoga instructor.  She believes of cultivating joy through the power of the body and that the most subtle actions have the poser to heal and transform all beings.
