Anna Ramirez, M.Div. is the founder of CreativeDisruptions LLC, a company that serves organizations with EQ, mindfulness and creativity. After a life of academic achievement and 18 years at Yale Divinity School as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, she found herself burned out and disillusioned. In 2019, she founded her own business devoted to concepts of creativity and play as an innovative way to connect teams.
