The gift you didn’t get for Christmas. Please join me in offering ourselves the gift of slowing down and caring for the body, heart and mind with a Day of Mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Buddhism. We will practice calming the mind and nervous system through sitting and walking meditation, a mindful lunch, periods of silence along with songs, mindful speech, and deep relaxation.
Please dress in comfortable clothes & bring a blanket or mat to lie on, plus any props needed for mediation.
