Settle into the Farmhouse, the original building on the property. Sit in openness and wonder before a glowing fire in the living room, or gaze upon the winter wildlife from the enclosed sunporch. Let Divine Wisdom in Creation embrace you and warm your soul.

This Sabbatical is self-directed. Set the agenda and find balance between solitude and community. Guidance from a mentor is available each week for your accompaniment. The Sabbatical is limited to 8 women religious. Registration is open now and ends October 15.

Mass is not available on the grounds. The Montfort Shrine (Lourdes in Litchfield) and St. Anthony’s Parish are nearby and have Sunday liturgies.

COST | $6,000 for 6 weeks, private bedroom and all meals are included.

A non-refundable $200 deposit is due with the application. Then the deposit will be deducted from the total cost.

The health and safety of our guests and staff are of paramount importance to us. We follow the COVID-19 guidelines provided by the State of Connecticut and the CDC. If Wisdom House is forced to close to comply with the guidelines issued by the State of Connecticut or the CDC, we will return all funds received to date.
