This program will take you on a journey of empowerment, inspiration and relaxation. Each activity is designed to allow you to free yourself from the stress, anxiety and concern of everyday life and to slow down and learn self-care techniques to use in real life.

The day will consist of group activities, sharing from the heart, and guided meditations accompanied by the vibrational sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowl, drums, chimes and more.

It will assist in creating a calm to harmonize your mind, body and soul. You will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and inspired.

Sound and Vibrational Therapies/Healing

The use of vibrational healing modalities and sound instruments to help clients heal their body, mind and spirit.

Activates the relaxation response to calm the mind, relax the body to release emotions and nourish your soul.

Sound healing works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system- This is the opposite of the stress fight or flight response.

Sound and vibrational treatments helps with chronic stress and anxiety, muscle tension, addictive behaviors, sleep disorders PTSD, stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, high blood pressure and other illnesses.

It slows down your breathing rate, your heart rate and even your brainwaves, putting you in an almost a trance-like state. The slower the frequency of your brain waves the more relaxed you feel.

Alpha Brainwaves 8-13 hz- just before you fall asleep

Theta Brainwaves 4-8 hz Deep meditation, creativity, insight, reduced consciousness(dreaming)

Delta Brainwaves .5-4 hz Deep, dreamless sleep This is the slowest of all brainwaves and are the strongest when we are enjoying restorative sleep. This is the state where healing and rejuvenation are stimulated

Jeanine Chayka is the founder of Inspired Vibrations. She is a certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, certified Practitioner in Reiki 1 & 2 and a Meditation guide. She has been leading meditations, sound meditation and private retreats since 2020. She offers her sessions to individuals and groups in a private or public setting creating a personal retreat for you and your group.

Her guided Meditations and Sound Healings assist in activating the relaxation response to calm your mind, relax your body and balance your nervous system. The sounds of her Crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes and other vibrational instruments along with her guided meditations take you on a magical journey to a place of healing and rejuvenation.
