Presented by Raditia Lasry
During this workshop, we explore the importance of the undefinable "Space Between Us." Our past or future isn't allowing us to stay present and pay attention to what's unfolding between us. This brings us to get further from each other. We will practice by giving grace and compassion to our internal experiences. We will create new experiences as we meet in the "Space Between Us."
The mindfulness techniques we will use are here to enhance our daily life, provide more ease, and allow challenges to arise with more openness and curiosity. The guests don't need to bring anything. They can bring a journal of their choosing. Materials will be offered as well.
