With 29 years of experience in martial arts, Ethan Williams has dedicated his life to practicing various styles, including Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chun, and Hung Gar. As an herbalist and Reiki Practitioner, he integrates holistic practices into his teachings. His teaching experience spans a diverse age range, from children as young as 4 to seniors over 80. Through martial arts, he has mentored at-risk youth (ages 9-16) to foster inner awareness, mental clarity, and discipline, while also working with older clients to reduce stress; and enhance balance, coordination, and mind-body awareness. His spiritual journey is enriched by influences from Zen, Taoism, Christian Mysticism, and Stoic Philosophy. His diverse modalities and spiritual influences inspire him to help others discover their own unique paths to self-discovery and connection with the Divine. Ethan’s goal is to foster awareness of self and others, enhancing compassion and loving kindness in the world. He envisions offering these modalities in settings such as hospitals, hospice care, senior centers, prisons, and public schools.
