Do you long to express yourself honestly and authentically, but worry about hurting others? The Buddha spent his life teaching a system of understanding and actions to end suffering. One aspect of this path is right speech. Please join me as we learn the basics of speaking with empathy and honesty using the trainings of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to bring timely, truthful speech to our lives with compassion and understanding.
