Welcome Discomfort, Welcome Freedom

  • Wisdom House Retreat & Conference Center 229 East Litchfield Road Litchfield, CT, 06759 United States (map)

Presented by Raditia Lasry

The human tendency is to avoid discomfort.  Any time we are uncomfortable in a conversation, experience boredom, feel not being enough,

And many other situations where discomfort arises, we distract ourselves or focus on something more pleasant.  What if inviting discomfort will lead to more freedom and growth?
