Presented by Chef Margaret Jacobs and Jessica Marquard

Cooking with Wisdom offers a selection of classes. Upon arrival at check-in on Friday after 3p.m. you may settle into your room and explore the Art Gallery, visit the Chapel or walk the beautiful grounds of the Wisdom House.

We will gather in the Dining Room at 6:00pm for a light supper & dessert.

At 7:00pm join us at the Labyrinth with candles for a walk with Deborah Kelly (Executive Director) for a brief History of the Wisdom House.

Saturday will start with breakfast at 8:00am. Omelets are prepared by Chef Margaret & Jessica.

Now is time to do some more exploring of the grounds or move to the auditorium for Yoga with Grace at 9:30am.

We will resume in the kitchen at 12 noon for 3 to 4 hours of preparations, and some snacking on toasted naan and vegetables-with amazing quick dips.

We will even have time to put together some simmering House air fresheners!

At about 4p.m. you will move to the dining room for a short briefing with Jessica and Ashleigh on the Nutritional Facts of the items we just prepared.  At 4:30 we will enjoy our Creations.  There will be recipes of all foods we have prepared.
